Marisela Silva

Marisela is a first‑generation student and a proud triple Wildcat. She earned her B.A. in Spanish and her M.A. in Language, Reading, and Culture, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Teaching, Learning, and Sociocultural Studies at the University of Arizona. Marisela has spent her career working with and for students and is deeply committed to equity, access, and the student experience. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, climbing, cooking, DIY projects, binge‑watching a good show, and spending time with her family and her two daughters.
