August 2026 Drop-In Advising
Note: From August 20 - 31, major exploration advisors in The A Center will only be available via drop-in advising to ensure that we can accommodate all students during this busy period.
Please refer to our Group Calendar for the most up-to-date drop-in availability.
When you are ready to meet with an advisor during one of the available drop-in times, arrive to the 4th floor of the Bartlett Academic Success Center and check-in at the front desk to be added to the drop-in queue. Students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are not in Tucson, you are welcome to call our front desk to request a Zoom drop-in: 520-621-7763.
Don't see an available appointment? Appointments open on CatCloud on Wednesdays for the following week, so we recommend taking a look then.
Not in Tucson and do not see an available Zoom appointment? Scheduled an in-person meeting but need to change to Zoom due to unforeseen circumstances? Please call our office at 520-621-7763.
