John Kozlowski

John grew up near Philadelphia with two younger brothers.  He completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Duke University.  After starting his career as a direct care provider in various behavioral healthcare settings, he completed his Master of Education degree in School Counseling at the University of Arizona.  John has worked as a middle and high school counselor in North Carolina. He returned to Tucson in 2020 before joining The A Center in September 2022.  In his work as a pre-health professions advisor, John is passionate about engaging with students to support their preparation to enter careers in healthcare with a particular focus on helping students achieve growth and presentation of the competencies required for their future profession.  In time outside of work, John enjoys hiking, driving, watching documentaries, and connecting with other people.
